Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima, represented President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the graduation ceremony of Senior Executive Course 46 of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) today.
In his remarks, Vice President Shettima emphasized the significance of policy research, youth empowerment, and technological innovation in shaping Nigeria’s future. He implored the new graduates, as well as other policymakers, to take the lead in driving the nation’s digital transformation and tech-driven economic growth.
Shettima also announced plans by the President Tinubu’s administration to revitalize NIPSS by fully digitizing its operations, developing an advanced e-library, and establishing virtual learning platforms. This move aims to ensure executive education remains cutting-edge and accessible.
The Vice President’s call to action and announcement of the revitalization plans underscore the administration’s commitment to harnessing technology and innovation to drive Nigeria’s development.
